A net is a start. Real improvement comes with a coach watching, a plan for the term, and a league to test it in.

Three decades in the game
One room, one bowling machine, and a queue of cricketers who had nowhere to bat in winter. Thirty years on, four lanes and a generation of local players later, the obsession hasn’t moved.
The bounce on the Astro turf here is good compared to other new places. I also like the space for the bowling run-ups.
Shaikh was awesome coaching the kids here.
Extremely well maintained and suited for youth cricket. The parents enjoyed the hospitality.
